About this grant
The European Chips Act allocates €43B for semiconductor research, design, and manufacturing. The Chips Joint Undertaking funds advanced semiconductor design including hardware security modules for blockchain, RISC-V processors with cryptographic acceleration, post-quantum cryptography chips, and trusted execution environments. Both established firms and startups can apply.
